AMD Lasers
SR. MARKETING MANAGER
I lead an in-house team to create assets to support our sales team, manage our ad spend and budget, manage websites, paid ads, social media channels, trade publications, email marketing and managing KOLs and affiliates. This is spread across 4 brands with different websites, social media pages and varying sales channels that total over 5 million in yearly sales.

I am a one-man marketing team. I develop all the marketing strategy. I create branding, style-guides, logos, website, emails, and developed our social media strategy. I create and deploy all written and graphic content, manage all paid ads and any other needs the company has.

I worked with several brands and notably Primo Hoagies and FatBoy Ice Cream and many other smaller companies with this ad Agency. I was able to balance several brand styleguides and delivered many assets on daily deadlines.

As part of the Harmons Grocery marketing team I worked on promotional strategies and planning. I was responsible for organizing information, designing, as well as the printing of a 12-page weekly ad, design for billboard campaigns, creating all graphic assets for harmonsgrocery.com. I was also part of the implementation and creation of the Harmons Foodie Club and Harmons eShop.

Designed two Multi-Million Dollar eCommerce websites, improved site speed, increased average order amount, increased conversion, decreased cart abandonment, and boosted email engagement through a process of a/b testing, user videos, researching, using analytics to inform
functional design. Helped build and design in two different brand style-guides, creating and executing promotional calendars and developing
a marketing strategy. Also responsible for design and creation of all promotional art work for all ongoing campaigns, writing ad copy for
web banners and emails content, creating monthly printed mailers, package design, creating and editing video content, and some food
and product photography.
